Majority Leader Hoyer on Deficit Reduction

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) delivered a speech outlining the importance of solving the nation’s fiscal crisis, the great need for bipartisan cooperation on the issue, and how we can balance economic recovery with long-term deficit reduction.
