Congressman Barney Frank, State Representative Ruth Balser and Activist Mike Prokosch describe the urgent needs of our communities and present the means to fund them. Since 2008 when Congressman Frank suggested that we could cut our military spending by 25% and still be secure, a national movement has emerged to curtail unnecessary Pentagon spending and fund the pressing needs of our states and local communities.
