On June 9th, the Joint Committee on Public Service heard testimony from advocates of around 60 bills. Among those were MAPA’s bill to divest state pension funds from companies involved in the war in Yemen and another MAPA bill to divest state pension funds from companies in the business of Nuclear Weapons.
